of lanes and bye-lanes in most residential areas of Delhi had become an
headache for the residents , it is not that MCD was not aware of its own
laws and bye –laws for the last so many years which were being flouted
by the traders community Delhi Govt. /DDA is also equally responsible
for creating this chaos for not creating sufficient retail and commercial
space at affordable rates.
It appears pathetic
that two times meals from small retail traders is being snatched all of
a sudden and overnight by sealing their establishments without creating
sufficient retail / Commercial space for these traders . Every common
man feels that the judiciary should come up with a heavy hand on DDA and
Govt. Agencies for creating such a chaos.
It is surprising that some builders / developers , taking advantage of
this situation , have suddenly come up with their commercial projects
at sky rocketing prices in NCR Delhi including Gurgaon, Faridabad , Noida
etc . It is therefore felt that some drastic steps from concerned Govt.Departments
are required to curb this trend .
